What happens when AI
reads human context.

These aren't mockups. They're complete scenarios showing how Context Grammar changes AI behavior in real life. Each one applies the 8 tokens to a different domain, a different family, a different set of constraints.

Project 01

The Living Home

Intent Decomposition × Context Grammar × Family Orchestration

Family AI that learns who eats what — and earns the right to decide.

From Day 1 onboarding to Month 6 autonomy. A Samsung ecosystem where "What's for dinner?" gets a completely different answer depending on who's asking, when, and in what state. The Autonomy Dial shifts from Suggest to Auto as trust accumulates across the family.

Project 03

Fluid Handoff

Intent Translation × Form Factor Transformation × Shared Arbitration

Phone to TV to store — the child decides, the parent pays.

847 shoes filtered to 20 on a train. The experience flows to the TV at home — D-pad for the daughter, price data hidden on dad's phone. Social Exposure reshapes what each person sees on the same screen. Intent evolves through interaction, not declaration.

Project Atlas

Enterprise Context Grammar × Four Brains

One team, five years, one living intent.

Context Brain arrives at the org. Four specialized Brains (Brand, Research, Living Meeting, Project) sit on a permanent Org Brain ground. The same Grammar that quietly runs a household in Project 01 scales to an enterprise.
